Spoken Word

Moshua Loriel was introduced to the Greenville poetry scene while attending college in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She, being and aspiring songwriter, would perform her original songs at the spoken word mics but got immediately amazed and inspired by the eye-catching, theatrical performances and artistic freedom of the spoken word poets.

 

Soon after she began to perform her own poems, she integrated into the highly competitvie realm of slam poetry. Under the alias "Phloetic Justice", she went on to become a known competitor, winning dozens of slams and numerous accolades. She competed in some of Poetry most notable competitions including SOUTHERN FRIED twice with her team SAY WHAT! 

Known for her attention grabbing prowess and vivid storytelling, Moshua is once again making a name for is herself in Atlanta, headlining prestigious venues such as the illustrious APACHE CAFE. Whether it be weddings, events, interludes or features... Moshua is certain to leave a lasting impression. Follow her on her journey....
